Shipping Policy

What carrier can I use to track my order after it ships?

When your order is shipped, you will receive an email that includes a tracking number and link to the USPS or UPS website for easy tracking of your order’s progress online. This shipping status email also includes the shipping method used, transit time, and delivery date.

 

How much does shipping cost?

We offer FREE shipping (in US only) with orders of $100 or more. Or a flat rate of $8  International shipping is a flat rate of $30.  Returns and exchange shipping is paid by the customer. Contact us to receive a return label.

When will I receive my order?

The estimated delivery time is 3-5 business days from the date of purchase. Items purchased as during the holidays will take longer. A confirmation email will be sent to you with your tracking number when your order has been processed and shipped.

Return & Exchange Policy

We hope you love your Stable Wear purchase; however, if you desire to return an item of clothing or exchange for different size, you are welcome to. We offer a 30-day return policy from date of purchase. All tags MUST BE ON and apparel in new condition (unworn).

 

To request a return shipping label, email us at Kathie@StableWearEQ.com with your name, order number, address, and the item and reason for return. If you would like to exchange the item, please specify which item you would like in size and color. 
 

Please note: ALL items returned must be returned in new condition, which means it can not have any  make-up marks, stains, or horse hair on the returned item.

 

Item needs to be sent back with ALL original packaging and tags attached for a full refund on products. The new exchanged item will be shipped free of charge.
